Beginners Yoga for Men

We are delighted to be able to offer you a beginners Yoga class just for men.  Come and learn how to open your shoulders and care for the lower back.  The practice will help you strengthen and stretch your muscles, create more flexibility and improve your posture too.  Maybe you just would like to touch your toes again!

These many benefits will also help prevent you from injuries when you play sports and play with the kids, cut firewood and will help to keep your body and mind strong and flexible.
