Situated in the heart of what is called the Central Park NZ we like to encourage events to Taupo that reflect our committment to enhance the health and well being of our community.
We offer different events annually and we have a variety to choose from.

We have lots happening at The Yoga Tree for Labour Weekend!! Friday 25th October, Rest and Restore class with Essential Oils, 6-7pm Cost $18. Saturday morning Flow 9-10am then Mini Workshop for neck and shoulder #2 10.30-12.30 cost $40. Sunday closed. Monday ropes class 10-11.30am, Cost $18 for account holders and $22 for casual. There are many "reasons" why people are telling themselves about why they can not go to yoga. But none of it matters, just get on the matt, getting in the front door is the hardest part! Yoga has been shown to increase strength and flexibility while decreasing stress and promoting mindfulness. It can also lead to significant health benefits by increasing circulation, regulating adrenal function, and improving bone and joint health. But there are many misconceptions that keep people from trying yoga. First, theres the idea that you already have to be extremely flexible to start yoga. Its just not true. Just like any new skill, the more you practice yoga, the better youll get at it. You dont need to be flexible to benefit from yoga- moving your muscles and joints through their full range of motion will increase your flexibility over time and can even help to prevent or improve poor posture. Another myth that keeps people who are already regular exercisers from trying yoga is that is just for stretching and isnt really a workout. Again, not true!
